Schuco microracer 1040 red Germany 1960

Here is a small functional windup car made by Schuco. They operated out of the US-Zone in Berlin. It is an Micro Racer, reference 1040. Solid cast iron body, great paint, nur. 1 Ferarri model. It measures 9cm / 3 1/2 inch in total. Comes with the original key as well. Great vintage piece.
