Design with practical use by the well known Kienzle from Germany somewhere in the 1980’s. Kienzle produces timepieces since 1822. This is their answer to the Braun design. This one is called the Stratos which probably points towards the starry sky when pushing the top light switch. It is keeping great time on one standard power cell. The second (yellow) switch is for turning the alarm on/off but the alarm is not working, so sold as a desk clock. There are small signs of use. The clock is made of plastic and it measures 8 cm or 3 1/4 inches wide and ca 10 cm or 4 inches high. Do check the attached video to learn all about the Kienzle brand history!
