A day date watch with unusual window lay out by the smaller watch brand of Camy. It is automatic in a beautiful gold filled case that shows no wear through. The stainless steel back has a beautiful gold logo that is also very crisp and sharp. It was made in Switzerland in the 1960’s. Inside is a high grade 30 jewel automatic movement which let you set the date by going back and forth between 20 – 24 hours. Day changes after full forward. The large lug case measures 35 mm wide without the original C (for Camy) signed crown. The strap is a new brown 18mm leather one and fits the lugs perfectly. It has minimal signs of use and, the plastic crystal is scratch free. Make sure to watch the attached youtube video on loads of vintage watch information.
Vintage watch guarantee and ideas on use:
All vintage watches I sell are tested and working correct. When they needed service or adjustment this has been done by a professional watchmaker. I do not keep paperwork on every separate watch. I cannot give a long guarantee on vintage watches since it depends on how careful they are handled. Sometimes rough shipment can hurt them, no matter how well I package them. I will always take them back when there are problems upon receiving or in the first weeks of use. Please treat your vintage watch as a precious old timer car. Do not go out in the rain, play sports with them or take them on long holidays. Do buy a good watch box to keep them in and change your strap in time. Wear them for a few days at a time and change them out. Do not set the date when the hands are within a few hours before or after 12 o’ clock. Never use force, sent me an email if you are not sure on how to work your vintage watch.
