Stella espresso 402E design coffee machine 1950 Austria

A beautiful designed espresso maker model 402 E (Electric) with integrated hotplate, produced by Stella Wien from 1950 to 1953. This machine was designed by Desider Stern from the late 1940s onwards and produced in Vienna. This machine is complete with the small cup to catch the coffee as well as the original power cord with European plus, like the knob and handles everything is early plastic (bakelite). There are no cracks or brakes. No heavy scratches, no parts missing but the small screw on the bottom is rusted so I did not take it for a test run but rather leave this to the new owner. So selling it as a display piece, ready to put on display right ways. If you want to use it, it needs a thorough clean on the inside, the red 2 rubber seals are still soft but may need additional seals and I am not sure about the inner electrics, so no guarantees there).
