Schnittfix 2 adjustable knife aluminum handle 1960 Germany

This Schnittfix 2 adjustable knife (also known as the Schnittfix II) is an item every man should have. It is an adjustable stainless steel knife blade fixed to a large aluminum handle and with a chromium plated adjuster knob on the back. You can set and fix the exact thickness you like to cut your bread, fruit or vegetables. The blade can be detached and washed in the dishwasher (never put aluminum in the Dishwasher!!). It was made in Germany in the 1960’s. It is in good condition with some signs of normal use and age…ready to be used again…and yes I also have a Schnittfix 2 adjustable knife in my kitchen drawer to slice my bread in big assed slices just the way I like them! It measure about 25 cm or 10 inches wide and is al complete, some signs of normal use age. We also sold one in the box and a different shaped Schnittfix 3.
