Nestler Electronic I slide rule 0297 sleeve 1970 Germany

This slide rule is in good condition and comes with the original sleeve, both made in Germany by Nestler. This model is the very dedicated electronic 1 with nr. 0297. with many interesting scales on both sides. It was aimed at the electro-engineer of its day. It also has a dedicated cursor with its own small scale. The Nestler name and model is on the rule itself and on the sleeve (just Nestler). It is made of plastic but has metal reinforcements on the ends as well as on the heavy duty cursor with multiple hairlines. Curser, slide rule and sleeve are complete and in good condition with some signs of use and age. There are small cracks around the screws in the cursor and the small rubber feet are accounted for with some signs of age as well. It measures ca. 35 cm or 14 inches.
