Mignon 2 cup moka pot OMG Italy 1950 red swing knob

A 2 cup (2 Tazze) Mignon Mokka Pot made in Italy by OMG in the 1950’s. For as far as I know is this one the first model. It is clean with new rubber seal and ready to use. All made of aluminum with a swing arm and red bakelite knob, everything is in good condition with only small signs of use (no deep scratches, minimal aging). Later models have the black bakelite round knob (1960) on top and the 1970 model a diamond shop knob. In the 1980’s there was a last rectangular model with gold accent. I personally find this model the most attractive though less simple to use (also standard Bialetti rubber seal rings need to be ground down a little to fit. Total height is 12 cm or ca. 5 inches high. Can be used for 2 small strong coffee cups or one larger. Oh, scrubbing it down before use is always a good idea!
