Description
This cool helmet is clearly fire fighters gear. It is a German type helmet, probably also used in the Netherlands around the 1980’s. It is made of fiberglass in glossy black with rubber rim and the neck guard is felt with working velcro. Inside the helmet is leather, mostly complete, the chin strap is complete with a little rust to the buckle. It shows clear sings of heavy use on the outside. This makes a cool decorative item or a nice example to be using again after some restoration. It measures 30 cm or 12 inches in length.
