Faber Castell Novo Duplex 2/83 slide rule case 1970 Germany

Large well know slide rule that was made in Germany by A.W. Faber & Castell and is called the Novo Duplex 2/83, the one before the 2/83N. This one comes with box as well as manual and sheets in Dutch. Both slide rule and slider are in good condition with some signs of age, one side darkened (reflected in the price). The box is complete and in working condition, no cracks. It measures ca. 33 cm or 13 inches long to the 38 cm or 15 inches of the 2/83N. This great late edition rule is reinforced with metal pieces (one engraved) and the ends are also covered with thick green rubber piece (which got hard and can brake easily but are still complete).
