Faber Castell 2/82N Duplex with case aged 1970 Germany

The large slide rule was made in Germany by A.W. Faber & Castell and is called the Duplex 2/82N. This one comes with the original box and insert card. Everything is in good condition with only some signs of age. There is no manual and it is priced accordingly. The small model sticker on the side is torn and misses the first bit (model number in tact). It measures ca. 38 cm or 15 inches long. This great rule is reinforced with metal pieces which are screwed in. The signs of use and age are mostly the yellowing between the scale lines.
