Vern is a new client who bought 5 coffee grinder on his first visit. I arranged quicker (and cheaper) shipping through UPS rather than send it via normal postal service. He also asked me to look for a special Neapolitan Flip coffee maker he knows from his youth (which I will certainly try to find)!
