I am not inclined to leave reviews, however, I feel compelled to leave one regarding the exceptional care and attention to detail the owner of VintageManStuff demonstrated during our transactions.

First let me comment on his communications. They were prompt, kind and helpful not to mention in perfect English. I could tell from the onset that he really listens to his customers concerns, formulates quick easy and flexible solutions to concerns and in my case at his own cost! This type of service and civility is ever so rare these days and I found it most refreshing and reminiscent of another era just like the wares he sells.

The item was, in my opinion, in better condition than described. It was packed with great care, another rarity, and arrived on schedule and without incident.

This first time customer contacted me before purchasing this great coffee grinder because of his concerns with the Canadian postal strikes. We agreed on using a different carrier (UPS) instead of Dutch Postal service that only works with Canadian Post. Fortunately it was only a little more expensive so I covered the difference. Faster and more secure.
