After his first order arrived, David contacted me to let me know that one of the Durobor glasses (he ordered 3) had broken during transport. It told him that was completely my bad since I did not package them well enough (I know better). So I offered him 3 additional Dur-O-bor signed glasses (since he also received some Durobor from other sellers with glass broken). To cover the shipping costs, David also ordered some additional items besides the Transforming Robot watch (AMA Coffee maker, Transformer figure, transformer board game and a sharpening stone)…hence the comment. I am glad I was able to put a smile on his face after my first bodge job.
